This is Lanxi

This is Lanxi. Lanxi is a traveler from China. She came to India to rediscover

herself (whatever that means). Lanxi is easily annoyed when she's hungry or

tired or hot. Other than that Lanxi is a real sport. On her first night in Delhi

Lanxi sang to a very Indian crowd on an impulse. In Chinese. And boy, can that

woman sing. You could say that I think she's pretty cool. Lanxi teaches me

many things. For example I know now that I do not have an appetite for racist

jokes. Lanxi does not speak very good English, so she thinks that I don't either.

That pisses me off.

Lanxi told me a few days ago that she once had body image issues. That's her

posing in all those photographs. Liar.

Did I mention that she came to India to rediscover herself? (Whatever that

means)
